Hi, I’m Carolyn.

I became a naturopath and nutritionist because of my own gut. I struggled with digestive issues for most of my life, plus a long stretch of persistent, unresolvable acne, and I know exactly what it's like to cycle through advice that doesn't work and leave appointments without answers. Naturopathy was where I finally got real relief. What started as a personal search for answers became a career: understanding how the body actually works, finding what's driving symptoms, and using nutritional and herbal medicine where the evidence supports it.

I'm degree-qualified, Bachelor of Health Science, Naturopathy from Endeavour University, Perth and I’m currently halfway through a Master of Human Nutrition at Deakin University. Staying on top of research is really important to me as it means I can continue to provide the best quality evidence-based care. I am a member of ANTA Professional association. I'm also a certified yoga teacher, which shapes how I think about stress and the nervous system's role in gut health.

Originally from Ireland, I’ve been living in Perth for over 10 years with my husband and our dog, Remi. Outside of work, I’m usually at the beach, cooking, practicing yoga, or walking with Remi.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey to better health and well-being.

I personally struggled with gut issues for most of my life, including a period of persistent, unresolvable acne that left me feeling frustrated and unsure of where to turn. It wasn’t until I discovered naturopathy that I began to experience real relief. That experience sparked a genuine curiosity in me, what began as a personal search for answers grew into a deep passion for understanding how the body works, identifying the root causes of health concerns, and exploring the powerful role both herbal and nutritional medicine can play in healing.

At the heart of my practice are values of simplicity, compassion, education, and evidence-informed care. I believe in working with the body, not against it, and in creating sustainable changes that fit your real life.

There’s no “perfect” way to be healthy. I take a practical, non-judgemental approach that focuses on what’s realistic for you, so you can make changes that truly stick.
